Trimmer Operator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Paper Trimmer to join our client’s production team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating paper cutting equipment and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Position – Trimmer Operator
Job Location – Appleton, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $20/hr
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays
Required Experience – 1 year of prior machine operator experience
Responsibilities
- Operate paper cutting machines to trim and size paper stock to specified dimensions
- Set up and adjust machines according to job specifications
- Inspect trimmed paper for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in paper cutting or related field
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and specifications
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver paper stock
- Ability to work well in a team environment or independently
- Prior experience working on a guillotine is needed.
