Machine Helper
Outagamie County manufacturer is looking to add a production worker to their team! This fast paced, 1st shift position will offer you the chance to work in a fun, fast environment with a 4 day work week!
Position – Production worker
Job Location – Menasha, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift
Starting Pay – $16
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Some warehouse or production experience is a plus
As a production worker, you will be working along with the machine operator to move product from the machine to the pallets to prep for shipping,
Responsibilities
- Removing product from the machine and palletizing repetitively 23 pounds
- Inspecting finished product and packaging
Qualifications
- Some production and warehouse experience is helpful
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Able to consistently lift 25 lbs all day
- Excellent attitude and attendance record is required
