Position – Finisher

Job Location – Waterloo, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time, Part-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift (Start after 1pm)

Starting Pay – $16.50 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 1 years of experience

 

Training on 1st shift for the first 2 - 4 weeks. Once training is complete, move to the preferred hours. Starting work after 1pm.

 

Responsibilities

- Inspecting finished products before packaging.

- Check for flaws, weigh.

- Packaging and palletizing finished products.

- Stack pallets for shipment.

- Some "vision (manual) assembly" of products (rubber and molded).

 

Qualifications

- Good dexterity and attention to detail.

- Packing functions DO require the candidate to stand for extended periods of time.
