We're looking for a Tool and Die Maintenance professional. If you appreciate the precision and craftsmanship of dies, jigs, and fixtures, we want you to join our team. Our partner in Osceola is searching for Tool and Die Maintenance workers on 1st and 2nd shift.
POSITION – Tool & Die Maintenance
JOB LOCATION – Osceola, WI
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs, 5am-3pm), 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1am)
STARTING PAY $24.00 $30.00/hr DOE + $1.50/hr shift premium

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED required, Two-year trade school/program, or equivalent is desired/encouraged
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous experience, which may include a formal apprenticeship program required
You'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and performing changeovers with the skill and care of an artist. Skilled job involving the maintenance, repairs, and/or changing over of dies, jigs, and fixtures to extremely close tolerances.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repairs, and /or changing over of dies, jigs, and fixtures.
Troubleshooting die problems on the manufacturing floor.
Perform highly skilled duties in maintaining and repairing dies, jigs, and fixtures with extremely close tolerances.
Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures, or special tools.
May require successful completion of forklift certification program and safe lifting operations training.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Two year trade school / program, or equivalent is preferred
Previous experience or prior completion of a formal apprenticeship program
Able to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift material up to 50 lbs
Strong troubleshooting capabilities
