Outagamie County industrial painting company specializing in high-quality coatings and surface preparation is seeking a skilled Blaster to join their 2nd shift team!
Position – Blaster
Job Location – Kaukauna, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift
Starting Pay – $20/hr

Required Experience – Prior blasting experience Is required.
As a Blaster, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting by removing rust, old coatings, and other contaminants. Your expertise in blasting techniques will help ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and durability.
Responsibilities
- Operate blasting equipment to prepare surfaces for painting
- Perform inspections to make sure surfaces are ready for blasting
- Maintaining and fixing equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in blasting is required
- Attention to detail is required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment is needed.
