Position – Maintenance Technician

Job Location – Sheboygan, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time (plus overtime!)

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd and 3rd!

Starting Pay – Depends on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, further education in maintenance preferred

Required Experience – 1-2 years manufacturing (plastic products a PLUS), welding and maintenace experience preferred

Job Summary: Repair, troubleshoot, clean/polish, and other duties of the molding machines. Ability to safely operate a standup or sitdown forklift. Proficiency in use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Machining; drill press and horizontal lathe work

• MIG/TIG Welding steel and aluminum

• Blueprint reading

Qualifications

• Ability to lift over 75 lbs with assistance

• Ability to concentrate on tasks, make decisions, communicate and work effectively in a fast paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations.
