Position - House Manager/Receptionist

Job Location - Appleton, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Regular, Direct hire

Employment Type - Full-Time or Part-time

Work Hours - Full time hours 7am-3pm; 11am-7pm; 3pm-11pm (5 days a week) must be able to work every other weekend

Starting Pay - $13-$14 an hour

Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education - Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience - office experience preferred

 

As the House Manager responsibilities will be running the receptionist desk while monitoring and overseeing everything that happens in the home including all clients. Within this role the functionality of the home is the House Managers full responsibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor client whereabouts

  • Continuous documentation and follow up with clients

  • Handling all situations that arise in the house, positive and negative

  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the facility

  • Obtain random client urinalysis drug tests and breathalyzer

  • Monitor client medications, including Schedule II drugs

  • Holds clients accountable for following facility rules and completing chores

  • Maintain safety of all individuals in the house

  • General office duties and follow up on answering phones and returning calls

  • Handle client emergency situations

  • Provide transportation if needed

  • Must attend yearly Community Base Residential Facility (CBRF) training twice a year

Qualifications

  • Pass Caregiver Background Check

  • HSED or higher education

  • Minimum of one year of sobriety

  • Standard Precautions Training (Will train)

  • Fire Safety Training (Will train)

  • First Aid and Choking Training (Will train)

  • Medication Administration and Management Training (Will train)
