Position – Welder – MIG

Job Location – Green Bay, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift

Starting Pay – $16 - $22 (+) Based on Experience

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 1(+) year

Background Profile:

• Build products based upon drawings and specs

• Weld/fabricate metal utilizing cutting, grinding, bending, presses

• Debur/grind/sand surfaces

• Complete quality inspections

• Ability to read and interpret blueprint

• Willingness to be cross-trained

• Must pass a welding test

• Drive to learn

• Possess excellent communication skills

• Possess positive attitude

• Must have reliable transportation
