Industrial Electrician/Maintenance
pay is based on experience up to $29 per hour
SHIFT: 6 to 6 - days M/TH/F, days T/W/SA/SU followed by nights M/TH/F and the fourth week is night T/W/SA/SU

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production related equipment to ensure proper and safe operation of all production systems

Install new electrical control systems and maintain existing control systems
Supporting Activities:
-
Troubleshoot and repair machines in an industrial atmosphere in a timely and orderly manner

Design, layout, program, calibrate and check new equipment and installations
-
Communicate and work with maintenance managers, production supervisors, schedulers, and other production and maintenance staff
-
Other duties as assigned
Required Prior Accomplishments - Experience - Skills:
-
5+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician / Technician (Residential/Commercial experience will not be considered)

Advanced PLC and HMI programming experience in control systems

Advanced VS drive systems experience with web handling equipment

Ability to work 7-day swing shift in a union environment

Personal computer skills in Microsoft products, networking, and computer maintenance

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Demonstrated continuing self-development

Strong leadership, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently, and as part of a team to reach a common goal

Possess an industrial journeyman's card
