Wire Assembly - 1st shift - Mukwonago
Work for an ultra precision machining company who takes pride in their problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Ability to set-up and adjust work holding devises.
• Understands machine types and their applications.
• Read refractometer to maintain proper concentration and coolant levels.
• In addition to setting tools and making offsets in tool page (Level-2), must also be able to load a program and establish work holding positions and make minor program edits.
• Edit individual tool feed rates to establish SFM (Surface Feet per Minute) and related chip loads.
• Read, interpret and understand blueprint specifications to methods of manufacturing (MOM) per routing.
• Identify when to replace dull tooling before catastrophic failure.
• Basic understanding of hard gauging checks on granite table.
• Completes any and all paperwork as required; Job Traveler, VISTA, etc.
• Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
• Comply with all quality and safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
• Understand and comprehend industrial math.
• Strong knowledge of technical GD&T drawing reading skills.
• Must be able to understand quality standards and gauging.
