Must have 4 - 6 years of work experience as a maintenance mechanic:
Mechanical of rebuilding of equipment Electrical: all wiring diagrams of 115-220 single phase motors, 208 220 and 440 three phase motors
Some experience sheet metal fabrication working experience in pipe fitting, water, gas and air, along with sanitary lines and valving Should be familiar with refrigeration, ammonia and freezer.
