ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on optimizing and enhancing our NetSuite ERP system, specifically in the areas of product configuration, item master management, and customer interface/experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in NetSuite development and administration, with a passion for creating efficient and user- friendly solutions that align with business needs.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

There are four (4) primary areas of responsibility for this role. Product Confiquration

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced product configuration models within NetSuite
• ImplementandmanageVereniaProductConfiguratormoduleoradditionalconfigurationtools(e.g., CPQ) to streamline the sales and order processing lifecycle
• Develop and maintain rules, logic, and workflows to support complex product structures and pricing

Item Master Management

• Oversee the integrity and accuracy of the Item Masters, establishing and enforcing data governance policies and best practices
• Develop and implement processes to streamline item creation, updates, and lifecycle management
• UtilizeSuiteScript, workflows, and CSV imports to manage and maintain item data efficiently

Customer Interface Enhancement

• Developand implement solutions to streamline customer interactions, order tracking, and self-service capabilities on Dealer Portal
• Integrate customer interface enhancements with back-end NetSuite processes for seamless data flow

Other System Development & Administration:

• Customize and configure NetSuite to meet evolving business needs, including custom fields, forms, records, workflows, and saved searches

• Manage system integrations between NetSuite and other product-centric business applications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with minimal supervision, self-driven to meet commitments, handle multiple projects, highly organized and a strong customer service orientation
• Excellent collaboration skills and a customer-focused mindset
• High energy and results oriented

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) or more years developing and deploying comprehensive NetSuite product configurations, leveraging custom records, fields, forms, and advanced workflows
• Proven track record developing and maintaining Java-based integrations between NetSuite ERP and external systems
• Experiencedeveloping customJavaapplicationsandSuiteScripts (JavaScript)toextendNetSuite functionalities a plus
• Strongmanufacturing/productaptitudewithprovenproblem-solvingandcreativethinkingskills
• Bachelor'sdegree in mechanical engineering, computer science, or equivalent, with coursework in java programming, database systems, and API design a plus
