We are currently hiring an ARP Program Coordinator in Geneva, IL.


What will you do as an ARP Program Coordinator? 

  • Attend team meetings and conference calls as needed; document and distribute meeting minutes, track tasks, and report on open action items.
  • Provide clerical support and monitor and assist with closing out of all projects.
  • Maintain administration of the Committee’s SharePoint site including document repositories, project tracking tools, and site development tasks.
  • Assist in development and execution of work plans and procedural guides to ensure project timelines, goals, and budget constraints are met.
  • Communicate with project owners to aid in collection and distribution of necessary documentation and project artifacts.
  • Build informational packets and assist with invoice processing.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by Program Manager.


Who qualifies for the ARP Program Coordinator position? 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain productive relationships with elected officials, colleagues, and the public.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines independently.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
  • May involve lifting or moving items up to 20 pounds in non-routine situations.
  • Background check required


What hours will the ARP Program Coordinator work? 

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • 35 - 40 hours/week, fully on-site
  • Temp to Hire Position, grant funded


How much will you earn as an ARP Program Coordinator? 

  • Starting pay is up to $25/hour, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
