Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful execution of capital equipment projects from order through installation and commissioning. This role is responsible for managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction for complex, custom-engineered equipment and system installations.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for capital equipment orders, including design, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and customers throughout the project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and take corrective action as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, field service, and quality.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, design reviews, and regular status updates with stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure all customer requirements and contractual obligations are met.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting using project management tools.
- Support project financial performance through cost tracking, change management, and invoicing milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes and tools.
- Fully support the Company’s ISO objectives, policies, procedures
- Utilize analytical skills and experience to make independent decisions.
- Foster cooperation and collaboration among team members.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
- 5 –10+ years of experience managing complex industrial projects, preferably in capital equipment, machinery, or heavy manufacturing industries.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and installation challenges.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of CAD (Autodesk products) is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, site visits, and equipment commissioning
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
