WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

Salem Staffing’s Chicago Staffing Center is looking for a highly professional Data Entry Associate for a temporary position at our client’s office located in Chicago, Il . As Chicago’s premier professional staffing service, we connect extraordinary people with extraordinary organizations — for the optimal benefit of both.

 

SNAPSHOT:

 

• Title: Data Entry Associate

 

• Industry/Dept: Accounting/Finance

 

• Location: Chicago Loop

 

• Hours: 9 -5pm

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

- Excellent 10-Key Data Entry skills

- Experience with high volume data entry in a fast paced environment

- Experience with encoding invoices, accounts payable, or receivables

 

DAY-TO-DAY:

 

- Pulling purchase orders and invoices from dashboard and encoding them into the system

 

- Submitting completed POs and invoices to next step of approval

 

- High level of accurate data entry and organization

 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

- High level of accurate data entry and organizational skills

 

- Excellent 10-Key Data Entry skills

 

- Experience and knowledge of accounts payables a plus

 

- Experience and knowledge of processing invoices a plus

 

 

COMPENSATION:

 

Pay Range/Details: $13.00 - 15.00 per hour
