WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Salem Staffing’s North Suburban staffing center is looking for a highly professional Customer Service/Call Center Representatives for a temp-to-hire positions at our client’s office located in Schaumburg, IL.
SNAPSHOT:
Title: Call Center Customer Service
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Hours: 7:30a-4:30p or 9a-6p
DAY-TO-DAY:
• Answer Call Center incoming telephone calls, e-mail inquiries, and instant message chats from clients and participants in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
• Identify benefit information and provide accurate and thorough information to all internal and external clients
• Perform clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing
• Research and analyze client issue(s) and communicate any necessary information to the appropriate person for resolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2 years' general administration experience with at least 6-months in a call center or customer service environment
• Reliable transportation
• Active Listening skills
• Accurate typing skills
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
• Human Resources and/or Insurance background a plus
COMPENSATION:
• $14.50 - 18.00/Hour
