Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable ERP Data Entry Specialist to support production, inventory, and shipping operations by entering data into the Visual ERP system. This position is critical in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth workflow by manually completing processes that are typically automated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter production data into work orders within the Visual ERP system
- Perform manual inventory consumption and receipt transactions
- Generate production and quality control documents using Visual ERP and related databases
- Record shipping details—product, quantity, destination, and method—to create accurate shipping documents
- Receive and record purchased inventory in Visual ERP
- Maintain data accuracy and report any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience using ERP systems (Visual ERP experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments a plus
