Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Content Cleaner to join our restoration team. This role is essential in cleaning, restoring, and handling personal and commercial property contents affected by fire, water, mold, or trauma-related damage. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first mindset. In some cases, this position may involve working in sensitive environments, including crime scenes in homes or vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and restore contents damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, or trauma.
• Perform laundering, steam cleaning, vacuuming, and other specialized cleaning techniques.
• Safely handle, pack, and document items during job site pack-outs.
• Assist with structural cleaning and restoration tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and regulatory standards, including biohazard and PPE protocols.
• Maintain and properly use cleaning equipment, supplies, and company vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
• Follow daily work schedules and adapt to changing job site conditions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in varied environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Experience in restoration, trauma scene cleaning, or janitorial services is a plus.
