Fire and Water Restoration

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in the restoration industry is preferred, it is not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate. This position involves demolition, site preparation, and cleanup, and may lead to a crew lead opportunity for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition of materials such as flooring, drywall, and cabinetry.
• Load work vehicles with necessary equipment, products, and supplies.
• Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration activities.
• Assist in setting up staging areas and equipment on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup, leaving job sites clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools.
• Comfortable using computers and tablets for job documentation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in changing environments.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
