RPM Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer/Assemblers to join our team in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and assembling products while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Pay: $18.00/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications
- Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory
- Assemble components and ensure products meet quality standards
- Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Follow all safety and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math skills
- Experience using RF scanners a plus
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
