RPM Staffing is hiring an experienced, detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist to keep our client’s revenue engine running—accurate invoices out, clean cash in, and five-star service all along the way. If you love numbers, precision, and partnering with teams to solve billing questions, we’d love to hear from you.

Billing & Invoicing
- Create accurate invoices and credit memos with speed and precision.
- Review every invoice before delivery to catch and correct errors.
- Send invoices and payment reminders; drive timely follow-ups.

- Accounts Receivable & Collections
- Calculate, post, and reconcile A/R; monitor aging and balances closely.
- Research and resolve discrepancies; support monthly close activities across departments.
- Process client payments and billing adjustments promptly and professionally.

Records, Compliance & Support
- Maintain organized, audit-ready records of invoices and supporting documents.
- Update customer accounts to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.
- Assist clients via phone and email to resolve invoice-related questions quickly.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., shipping/operations) to streamline end-to-end billing workflows.

What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years in billing, accounts receivable, or a closely related role.
- Superb attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.
- Typing 40+ WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of spreadsheets and common accounting/ERP software.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in bookkeeping preferred.
