Starting Pay: $19.00/hr
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products move efficiently from the production line to storage and shipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Stack and pack products securely onto pallets, ensuring stability and adherence to quality standards.
- Quickly and repetitively place products into cases or containers to maintain the flow of the production line and meet daily output targets.
- Inspect items for defects or damage before packing to uphold product integrity.
- Operate basic packaging equipment, such as sealers or labelers, following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with production team members to resolve any bottlenecks and optimize workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including end-of-shift cleanup.
- Assist with inventory counts and loading/unloading as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or packing is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety guidelines.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality id required.
