RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Grounds Supervisor to lead and coordinate a maintenance crew. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in landscaping or groundskeeping and proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the grounds crew
- Assign tasks and ensure quality work is completed on time
- Train team members on safe and efficient equipment use
- Inspect completed jobs and oversee equipment maintenance
- Communicate with management on schedules, needs, and issues

Requirements:
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience in landscaping/grounds maintenance preferred
- Hands-on experience with zero-turn mowers, weed eaters, and batwing tractors
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors year-round
