We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 4–6 employees and contractors while ensuring compliance with housing regulations and delivering exceptional service to residents. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Hours: 7am-5pm Monday - Thursday

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
Perform and oversee maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, painting, and basic construction.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, housing authority regulations, and procurement procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to residents while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Manage time effectively and delegate tasks to meet deadlines.
Step in to perform hands-on maintenance duties when the team is short-staffed.
Maintain accurate records and utilize computer/tablet systems for work orders and reporting.
Ensure company vehicles and tools are used safely and responsibly.
Qualifications:
License or certification in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Construction, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, sheetrock, painting, and general construction.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to enforce regulations while treating tenants with professionalism and care.
Must pass a background check and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
Must have own hand tools.
Proficiency with computers/tablets required.
