Performs inspections, verifications, audits to ensure compliance to established standards and specifications including: received purchased goods and materials, fabricated and assembled parts, in process procedure & products, and pack audits. Follows data collection, records data for reports, and assists in pertinent records of product quality and safety requirements set forth and safety program. Assists in the company wide documentation control process necessary for ensuring process consistence and high standards of product quality, reliability, and safety. Follows and sets an example for the company’s quality management system and safety program with duties to include assist in conducting investigations, analysis of implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
