RPM Staffing is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a warehouse in Bonham, TX!!

Shift: Mon-Fri 

Pay: $70-75k/year DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: Manage and process week and semimonthly multi state payrolls for approximately 120 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Recommend, implement, and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), etc.). Act as the liaison between employees and benefit providers.
• Recruitment & Hiring: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Employee Relations & Performance Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns. Counsel managers and employees on performance issues and conflict resolution.
• Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Workers’ Compensation: Coordinate and manage workers' comp claims. Communicate with insurance providers and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Unemployment Claims: Respond to and manage unemployment claims and hearings in coordination with the Texas Workforce Commission.
• Training & Development: Support supervisors with training initiatives. Help identify skill gaps and coordinate internal or external training as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of Texas labor laws, workers' compensation, and payroll processes
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, UKG, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
