Quality Technician

RPM Staffing is seeking a Quality Technician in McKinney, Texas! 

The well qualified candidate will support the Quality Department to ensure customer requirements are planned and implemented during the purchasing, inspection, and launching of products.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create daily reports to support quality assurance activities. 

Assist in screening stock for non-conformances. 

Prepare and submit monthly reports. 

Provide administrative support to Quality Engineers and other Quality Department team members. 

Assist with the setup and completion of mechanical inspections using tools such as thread gages, pitch micrometers, and calipers. 

Support Quality Engineers in identifying opportunities for process and product improvements. 

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. 

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing role. 

1-2 years of experience in a Quality role required.

Experience using Quality tools and practices. 

Excellent problem-solving, statistical, and analytical skills. 

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall computer skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
