Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This role involves both preventative and reactive maintenance to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. 
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including bending, stooping, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
