Job Title: Production Associate - Assembler

Position Summary:

As a Production Associate - Assembler, you will play a key role in the construction of screen frames using hand tools and pneumatic equipment. This position supports the assembly line process, ensures product quality, and promotes a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly & Tool Operation
  • Assemble screen frames using hand tools and pneumatic equipment such as staking machines.
  • Follow detailed specifications and manufacturing orders.
  • Inspect completed products for accuracy and quality.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Monitor for production inconsistencies and defects.
  • Report and escalate issues as necessary to ensure consistent product standards.
  • Maintenance
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Notify material handlers when supplies need replenishment.
  • Safety & Collaboration
  • Adhere to all PPE and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment through communication and cross-training.
  • Follow 5S workplace organization standards daily.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • May be asked to travel to assist other company locations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Team-player mindset.

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse/manufacturing setting with standard equipment.
  • Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels.
  • Required use of PPE.

Physical Demands:

  • Standing for long periods; repetitive tasks.
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs frequently without assistance.
  • Visual focus and color differentiation.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
