Industrial Painter

Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting.
• Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply coatings uniformly.
• Fabricate and assemble components as required for painting projects.
• Perform machining tasks when necessary to ensure proper fit and finish of painted items.
• Execute construction painting tasks on-site as required.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles throughout all processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial painting or a related field is required.
• Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring and mixing paint accurately.
• Experience with airless paint spraying techniques is highly desirable.
