Qualifications
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and perform quality control
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with safety practices and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform tasks consistently throughout the shift
Job Duties Include:
Assemble and conduct quality assurance checks on window and patio door screens with precision
Use hand tools to install mesh into frames, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Maintain a smooth production flow, ensuring materials transition seamlessly through each stage
Conduct detailed inspections to uphold our high-quality standards
Report production discrepancies and resolve minor issues as they arise
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles
Follow all safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a safe work environment
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
