The position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining lawn and garden equipment like mowers and ability to diagnose and perform small engine repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues with outdoor equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and blade sharpening.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools, and keep accurate documentation of services performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in lawn equipment mechanics or similar roles.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of lawn equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in small engine repair are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and physical ability to handle equipment.
