Our local client, a digital product consultancy, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support their Marketing Director in executing various marketing initiatives. This role involves a mix of data management, administrative tasks, and event planning. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management

Scrape and gather information from websites, apps, and other online sources.

Enter and maintain data in Google Sheets and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Administrative Support
-
Assist with general office administrative duties, including shipping and ordering promotional materials (apparel/swag).

Make reservations for hotels and travel arrangements for events and conferences.
Event Planning

Support the Marketing Director in planning and executing events, including logistics and coordination.

Help prepare materials and presentations for events and meetings.
Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to support various campaigns and initiatives.

Communicate effectively with vendors and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Salesforce, and other office software.

Strong attention to detail and ability of work independently.

Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
