Meat Trimmer Applicant will trim meat sub-primal according to specifications using meat-cutting knife. Cut & trim steaks. Handle physical pressures of splitting non-frozen meat in half in a fast- pace environment. You must be able to work in a cold environment wearing a safety helmet, gloves and safety boots. 1^st shift 6am or 7 am will work 8 hours salary $ 13.35 temp to hire position.
