Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Far East El Paso, TX

Schedule: Flexible hours between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $15/hour (temp), $16/hour (upon hire)

Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Dress Code: Casual

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative with experience in a warehouse clerical role to join our team. The CSR will play a crucial role in managing customer orders, coordinating inventory, and ensuring timely dispatch of merchandise to requested locations. This role primarily involves working in an office within the warehouse, with occasional entry into the warehouse area as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

   •       Take and process customer orders accurately

   •       Coordinate inventory and shipments according to client requests

   •       Provide excellent customer service over the phone, with a strong emphasis on professional voice and etiquette

   •       Communicate effectively with warehouse staff using industry terminology

Requirements:

   •       Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a warehouse setting

   •       Proficiency in computers and software including Outlook, Excel, and Word

   •       Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish

Schedule:

   •       Monday-Friday with flexible start times between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Temp to Hire
