Production Associate – Job Details
This Production Associate position operates on a rotating night shift schedule—6 PM to 6 AM, working four shifts one week and three the next. You’ll work in a clean, organized production environment where quality, teamwork, and consistency matter. $17-19/per hour
What You’ll Do as a Production Associate
As a Production Associate, you’ll support multiple printing and finishing processes. You’ll set up and operate jogging, squishing, and banding equipment, maintain quality standards by inspecting sheets, and keep production records. You'll aerate sheets using precise wrist and shoulder motions and move materials using powered hand trucks. Cross-training is encouraged, and you'll also support the label line and assist cutter operators as needed. Communication and teamwork are essential, and you may also assist in training new team members.

We’re seeking someone with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. Prior production or printing experience is preferred. If you're flexible, able to learn quickly, and enjoy being physically active, this Production Associate role is for you.
