Pay: $42,000–$52,000/year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

In this role, the Accounts Receivables and Collections rep will manage the full accounts receivable process—from entering payments and reconciling bank transactions to overseeing collections and generating sales invoicing. You’ll use ERP software (Syspro experience is a bonus) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting.
This Accounts Receivables and Collections rep role is based in a professional office within a manufacturing environment. You'll be the glue connecting finance, commercial, and service departments, ensuring all customer accounts and records are up to date. Your eye for detail and strong communication skills will help you shine.
The right Accounts Receivables and Collections rep will hold at least an associate degree in accounting or finance, have prior AR/collections experience, and be ready to confidently juggle multiple priorities. Strong Excel skills and a knack for accuracy will also go a long way here.
