About the Opportunity
In this key role, you will manage a variety of commercial construction projects—focused on office, healthcare, education, renovation, and interior build-out sectors—within a 90-mile radius. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 5 years of commercial project management experience, preferably within glass, glazing, or general commercial contracting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from bid through close-out, managing scope, budget, and schedule for jobs up to $3M.
- Procure materials and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure accurate job file management (digital and physical) per company standards.
- Handle schedule of values, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Coordinate shop drawings and engineering efforts with external vendors.
- Monitor and adjust fabrication timelines (in-house and outsourced) as needed.
- Collaborate with field supervisors on labor schedules and jobsite execution.
- Represent the company in GC project meetings; ensure clear internal communication and coordination.
- Support, coach, and lead junior team members while working closely with experienced leadership.
- Utilize internal project management systems for real-time documentation and tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction (glass, glazing, or GC background preferred).
- Strong understanding of blueprints/specs, construction documentation, and sequencing.
- Confident communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Excellent organizational, math, and scheduling skills.
- Experience in facade systems, storefront, curtain wall, or glazing systems is a plus.
