Compensation and Schedule:
Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, part-time from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Potential to move to full-time, Monday – Thursday, 6:15 AM – 4:15 PM.
Expected Weekly Hours: 20-40 hours
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (through Referral Staffing Solutions)
Role Overview:
As an Order Processor, you’ll be assembling Biomedical Cooler-Transporters and ensuring that every shipment is prepped, packed, and ready to go. Your role spans from receiving parts to entering shipping data in the production system. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic tools, and excited to work in a hands-on environment—this one’s for you!
Expect your days to involve:
- Inspecting and receiving incoming parts
- Assembling products with precision and care
- Performing quality assurance checks
- Packaging and preparing goods for shipment
- Utilizing production software to document workflows
- Supporting other shop tasks as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile:
To thrive in this Order Processor role, you should be detail-oriented, physically capable, and a fast learner. Touch typing, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, and the ability to read assembly instructions are all a big plus. Experience in construction, mechanical work, or emergency medical products is desirable—but not required.
As an Order Processor, you'll be on your feet for most of the day and should be comfortable lifting 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. A high school diploma or GED is required.
