We’re searching for a reliable and flexible Production Float to join a hardworking and purpose-driven team. Compensation and Schedule:
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Work Hours: 6 pm - 6 am - Every Monday and Tuesday, and every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Role Overview:
As a Production Float, you won’t be stuck doing the same thing day in and day out. This hands-on position will have you rotating through all production areas, from receiving milk to making butter, packaging, sanitation, and everything in between. Whether you’re pasteurizing, churning, cleaning, or supporting butter packaging, no two shifts will be exactly the same. You’ll be trained across various functions, supporting consistent product quality while keeping things squeaky clean and running smoothly.
The Production Float will operate and maintain equipment, complete lab tests, ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols, and play a key role in supporting a facility that runs 365 days a year—because the cream never stops flowing! You’ll also handle documentation, assist with shipping prep, and respond to production needs as they arise. Did we mention flexibility is key?
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal Production Float is physically capable, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a collaborative atmosphere. You should be comfortable with heights, lifting up to 80 lbs with assistance, and working with lab and sanitation chemicals. You’ll need basic computer skills, the ability to earn required permits and certifications, and a strong work ethic with excellent attendance.
