What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Support a team of accountants and accounting assistants.
- Manage the front desk—greet clients warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, handling incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website submissions.
- Manage the intake process for new leads and prospective clients, gathering initial information and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Build and maintain client relationships by creating an organized, warm, and welcoming experience.
- Order office supplies and keep the workplace organized.
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, billing, and general office administration.
- Attend all office retreats, meetings, the firm’s social activities, and networking events.
- Arrange travel to outside events and conventions.
- Assist in creating Presentation and Marketing Manuals.
- Assist in developing news releases for media coverage of newsworthy developments.
- Coordinate with administrative support to establish and maintain computerized marketing mailing lists.
- Assist in maintaining the EWH website, including website articles.
- Conduct periodic client surveys.
- Assist in creating marketing materials.
- Support the firm’s marketing initiatives by coordinating networking efforts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure follow-ups are conducted for all incoming leads to maintain client engagement and drive new business.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous office management, administrative leadership, or marketing coordination experience preferred.
- Organization & Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication Skills: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Networking & Marketing Mindset: Comfortable engaging in business networking and lead generation activities.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is essential in an accounting office.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks, Creative Solutions, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Professionalism: A polished demeanor as the face of the office.
Schedule & Employment Details:
