Position: Production Mixer
Location: Viola, WI
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, $20/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Complete daily production tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Weigh and document ingredients, ensuring proper recording of lot numbers and any changes.
Maintain precise and accurate batching documentation.
Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel to ensure timely ingredient supply.
Follow GMPs and the Food Safety Plan to ensure the manufacture of safe, high-quality products.
Maintain a clean and orderly production environment.
Operate production equipment efficiently, including setup and breakdown as required.
Understand and manage allergen sequencing to ensure product safety.
