We are searching for an Administrative/Accounting assistant to work with a large company located in New Orleans.
This is a temp to hire role and once hired by the client a full array of benefits will be offered.
Hours: M-F/8-5
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks to support financial operations

Manage invoicing and assist with financial reporting

Evaluate suppliers for office and administrative needs
-
Support personnel administration and serve as HR liaison
-
Organize and maintain office materials and inventory
-
Conduct regular office duties including typing and document management
-
Maintain necessary contacts with external companies and institutions
-
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
-
Handle substances with appropriate precautions
-
Keep work areas clean and organized
-
Adhere to quality policies and procedures monitored by the Quality team
-
Other duties as assigned
Required:
-
High school diploma required; additional education in accounting or finance preferred
-
Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-
