We are searching for an Administrative/Accounting assistant to work with a large company located in New Orleans.

This is a temp to hire role and once hired by the client a full array of benefits will be offered.

Hours: M-F/8-5

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks to support financial operations

  • Manage invoicing and assist with financial reporting

  • Evaluate suppliers for office and administrative needs

  • Support personnel administration and serve as HR liaison

  • Organize and maintain office materials and inventory

  • Conduct regular office duties including typing and document management

  • Maintain necessary contacts with external companies and institutions

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

  • Handle substances with appropriate precautions

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Adhere to quality policies and procedures monitored by the Quality team

  • Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • High school diploma required; additional education in accounting or finance preferred

  • Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Commitment to safety, accuracy, and quality standards
