We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a busy convention sales department. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and providing top-tier support to a fast-paced team.
What You’ll Do:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple sales managers

Create and manage proposals, reports, and general correspondence

Coordinate site visits and prepare itineraries

Input and maintain data in CRM systems (Simpleview experience a plus)

Respond to general inquiries and assist with brochure and media kit distribution

Support the team with scheduling, expense reports, and other operational tasks

Occasionally assist with receptionist or switchboard duties
What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of admin or sales support experience

Strong Microsoft Office and CRM/database system skills

Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
-
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Available for occasional evening or weekend support as needed
