We’re looking for a Communications Support Specialist to help support our client’s infrastructure and customer communication processes. This position is ideal for someone skilled in business analysis, customer service, and communication management. This is a contract and part-time position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage communication processes, including handling escalations and tracking email resolutions.

  • Address customer concerns and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Assist with scheduling community and stakeholder meetings, including one-on-ones.

  • Monitor social media alerts and help with customer notification processes.

  • Compile and maintain regular reports to update the project team and management.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis using tools like Excel, Access, or SQL Server.

  • Ability to quickly learn and apply software functionality and terminology.
