Our client, a well-respected boutique plaintiff law firm, is seeking an eager and versatile Administrative Assistant to join their team in the CBD. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing many hats, and is ready to grow with the firm.
What You’ll Do:

Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, scheduling, and correspondence

Assist with light marketing tasks, such as preparing flyers and maintaining social media or outreach lists

Conduct client research and support client outreach efforts

Help with legal intake and preliminary client communications

Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day office operations
What We’re Looking For:

Quick learner with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Prior office, administrative, or legal support experience a plus, but not required
