Ensures adequate staffing levels by managing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition processes. Responsible for the hiring decision and on-boarding of hourly and designated management staff in the facility. Develops and executes employee retention programs in partnership with Plant Operations. Oversees the establishment and achievement of turnover goals.

Develops and executes effective employee relations programs, including investigation of employee complaints, including the execution of disciplinary action as dictated by the legal department. Monitors overall employee relations climate. Responsible for executing disciplinary action up to and including termination, as dictated by the legal department. Assists in defense of regulatory agency charges (Wage and Hour, EEOC, etc). Administer and coordinate all corporate policy and programs at the facility level in a timely and quality manner, i.e. performance appraisals and MBOs

Administer and train the management team on all updates with Human Resources policies, regulations, guidelines, and trends affecting the operation and responsible for compliance of all. Tracks/monitors, analyzes and communicates information relative to all Human Resources activities. Ensures all reports are timely, accurate and complete.
