Financial Management Consulting Firm seeks a proven candidate with at least 3-5 years of audit experience. The Firm provides Specialized Compliance Examination Services to Clients throughout North America in the Commercial / Retail Real Estate (Shopping Centers) and Franchise Industries. We’re looking for a long-term employee who wants to grow within our business. The role includes Technical Review of Financial Data and Client Support Services.

Work closely with the President and CEO to ensure the performance of professional services, client support, and special projects

Collaborate with staff on services and planning

Review completed fieldwork and draft reports and provide feedback/recommendations to the team as needed

Research and resolve questions and technical issues with clients

Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service

CPA certification or CIA / CFE credential preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required (Master’s Degree a Plus)

5+ years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating analytical, and quantitative skills with effective supervisory and organizational skills

Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients with excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience with Commercial Leases / Shopping Center Leases / Franchise Agreements / Lease Administration / Lease Accounting a Plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including high level and day-to-day activity

Strong MS Office (Expert Excel & Word) experience a must
