I was reaching out to see if you had any possible qualified candidates that had Lube station ( ie Oil Can Henry’s type) experience. It doesn’t have to be that but I am looking for help in our Preventative Maintenance section of our Fleet Shop. They are responsible for safety inspections and PM services on all types of automotive and heavy truck type equipment including Emergency Vehicles, Ambulances and Fire Apparatus. Any Dealership or repair facility shop experience could be qualified. This would be a full time basis, 6 months, possibly a year if we can make it through the first of the calendar year. Wages DOE I believe starting would be $21-$24 and go up from there depending on experience, possible up to $28 but that would be for an experienced Journeyman Tech. Everything is negotiable to a point. I believe our current Fleet Service Worker ( PM Station staff) are paid roughly $21 starting out minimal experience, up to $26 on the highest end of the scale We differentiate based on years of practical experience and years of schooling/Training. Certifications count too. The job classes are; Fleet Service Worker ( PM- Lube Bay staff) Fleet Service Technician ( General Fleet Shop staff) Fleet Service Technician, Master ( ASE Master Certified and minimum 2 year degree )
