Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist the consumer to learn new skills and/or support the person in activities that are individualized and aligned with the person’s preferences.
- Staff will support the consumer to learn new skills, practice and/or improve existing skills
- Support the consumer with improving and strengthening areas of skill acquisition which include: interpersonal, independent living, community living, self-care, and self-determination.
- Staff will provide supervision and assistance for the person to complete an activity to his/her level of independence.
- Staff will provide assistance in areas including, assistance in monitoring a health condition, nutrition or physical condition, incidental supervision, daily living skills, community participation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, including bending and pulling
- High School Diploma or GED Required!
Pay Rate $15hr
Shift Availability:
- 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
